Doctor Garden Centre's Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original and unused condition, with packaging intact.

• To start the return process, contact us within the specified time period and provide your order number and details of the product to be returned.

• Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Refunds

• If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will ask you to provide us with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos.

• In the event of a damaged or defective product, we will offer you the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement product, at your discretion.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days after your return or refund request has been confirmed.
